1. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and dimensions displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

For genuine leather products, natural grain variations, wrinkles, marks and differences in texture or colour are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Minor variations in dimensions may also occur due to the manufacturing process.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Any additional services or charges will be communicated to the customer before they are incurred.

3. Orders and Payment

All online orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Univonna Pte Ltd.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in the event of pricing errors, product information errors, stock availability issues or other unforeseen circumstances. Where an order is cancelled by us, any payment received will be refunded accordingly.

4. Order Cancellation and Change of Mind

Customers should carefully review their order before completing payment.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to a change of mind after the item has already been produced, a cancellation fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply.

The remaining balance, after deduction of the cancellation fee and any other applicable charges, will be refunded to the customer.

For customised or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once production has commenced.

5. Delivery and Installation

Free delivery and installation are provided for eligible orders within our normal delivery service area during weekday daytime working hours 9.00am to 6.00pm. After hours delivery will incur additional delivery fee please check with us.

Free delivery and installation do not include:

• Delivery via staircase where special manpower or additional handling is required
• Difficult or restricted access
• Additional trips caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Disposal or removal of existing furniture

Additional charges may apply for staircase delivery and other special delivery requirements.

If disposal or removal of existing furniture is required, an additional fee will apply. The fee will be quoted and agreed with the customer before the service is carried out.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture can reasonably access the delivery location, including doors, corridors, lifts, staircases and other access points.

6. Delivery Timing

Delivery dates and time windows provided by Univonna Pte Ltd are estimates and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, production schedules, transportation issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delivery changes.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their furniture upon delivery and installation.

Any visible damage, missing item or incorrect product should be reported to Univonna Pte Ltd as soon as reasonably possible.

Minor variations in leather grain, fabric texture, colour, stitching and dimensions that are consistent with normal manufacturing or natural material characteristics are not considered defects.

8. Warranty

All sofas purchased from Univonna Pte Ltd are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use.

The warranty covers the following components:

• Upholstery material – manufacturing defects in the supplied leather, PU leather or fabric.
• Sewing and stitching – defects in workmanship, including defective or improperly sewn stitching.
• Wooden structure – manufacturing defects in the internal wooden frame or structural components of the sofa.
• Seating foam – manufacturing defects affecting the foam or abnormal deterioration attributable to a manufacturing defect.
• Manual recliner mechanism – manufacturing defects or mechanical failure of the manual reclining mechanism under normal use.
• Motorised recliner components – manufacturing defects or electrical/mechanical failure of the recliner motor and related electrical components under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from:

• Accidental damage, misuse or abuse
• Damage caused by pets, including scratches, bites or other damage
• Cuts, punctures, stains, burns or spills
• Improper cleaning or use of unsuitable cleaning products
• Fading, discolouration or deterioration caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat
• Damage caused by moving, transporting or relocating the sofa after delivery
• Damage caused by overloading or use beyond normal household purposes
• Modifications, alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care and maintenance instructions

For leather and fabric upholstery, natural characteristics such as variations in grain, texture, colour, wrinkles and minor markings are not considered manufacturing defects.

For recliner sofas, the warranty covers the manual mechanism, motor and related electrical components against manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, forced operation, obstruction, accidental damage, power-related issues or unauthorised modification or repair.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are subject to assessment by Univonna Pte Ltd. We may request photographs, videos or arrange an inspection of the product before determining whether the issue is covered under warranty.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Univonna Pte Ltd may, at its discretion, repair the affected component, replace the affected component or provide another appropriate remedy.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not affect any rights or remedies that the customer may have under applicable Singapore law.

9. Leather and Fabric Care

Different upholstery materials require different care and maintenance.

Customers should follow the care instructions provided by Univonna Pte Ltd and avoid using unsuitable cleaning products or chemicals.

Damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance or use may not be covered under warranty.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, photographs, colours, product specifications, dimensions, prices and availability may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.

Univonna Pte Ltd reserves the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Univonna Pte Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase, delivery or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Singapore law.

12. Privacy

Univonna Pte Ltd may collect and use customer information for purposes including processing orders, arranging delivery and installation, providing customer service and communicating with customers regarding their purchases.

Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

Univonna Pte Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version published on our website will apply to orders placed after the updated terms take effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
